Land Purchase Form Whistle Valley Road 1.7 Acres

If you are ready to begin the buying process you must make a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit let’s us know that you are serious enough about buying this property that we can begin the closing process. Once the deposit is received, we will move the property into “pending sale” and it will not be available for anyone else to purchase.

At this point we will draw up a purchase agreement. We can either mail it to you through regular mail or we can allow you to sign it digitally online. You will have up to two weeks from the time you receive the contract to review it, sign it and get it back to us. If you change your mind during the two weeks you will forfeit the deposit, otherwise the $100.00 deposit will be subtracted from the purchase price of the land at closing. If for some reason we back out on the sale, your deposit will be refunded.

Once we receive the signed contract back from you, we will send it to a closing agent in the county where the land is located. The closing agent can either be a real estate title company or it can be an attorney. If you prefer you can make a copy of it, give one to us and take the other to your closing agent.  We will choose a closing agent for you or you may choose one.
