Use the neighbors house to find Rustic Drive (130 Rustic Drive, Baneberry TN) Turn at his garage to the right. Drive down to the woods and walk Rustic Drive to the 1239, the first of the two highlighted lots above. 1239 is marked with tape. If you have questions call us.
This picture was taken standing on Rustic Drive looking back at the neighbors garage (130 Rustic Drive). The grass has grown onto Rustic Drive but there is a road all the way to the property which is on the left. As Rustic Drive enters the woods there is a tree down across Rustic so you will have to walk through the woods along Rustic Drive a short way to the property. Look for orange tape marking the property. You can drive your car all the way to the woods. You do not need the neighbors permission to go down Rustic Drive as it is a public road and easement to all of the lots owner down that road.

This image is down Rustic, inside the woods. There is some overgrowth and another branch or two in the road but still clearly cut. Straight ahead down Rustic you can see the River through the trees but there is no river access this way. We don't know if it is possible to position your house to have a river view. It's not far away, but there are trees between this lot and the river.
This is lot 1239. Mostly flat with a slight incline. The back of the lot has a pretty steep drop off onto Yatch Rd, which is a private road. The woods are thin. The back and front of this lot is clearly defined by roads and we marked the sides with orange tape. There should be pins as well.

Then continue on toward the woods to the right. Look at the maps above as a reference point. The property is on left going down just before the cul-de-sac.
